Diet recommendation for people with Arthritis.

Lots of people are suffering from arthritis, and it is not solely the condition of older people. It is well known or at least should be well known that you can keep arthritis at bay and minimize the symptoms and pain with simply following a diet that I have shared below that I give to my Prana Healing clients and want everyone to have and be aware of.

This does not mean that you have to completely get rid of all things to be avoided but do not generally eat those foods and drink such beverages. It is OK to occasionally deviate as it is sometimes difficult without certain foods and some people are more disposed of eating meat (for example) than others, meaning their own body structure is such that they have to have it occasionally.

The more serious your arthritis, the more strictly you should keep to this diet.

You can mix and match and find more varieties which are similar in this list. This list is not complete, but a good guide with the most effective foods that you can use immediately to use as a healing treatment.

When I administer my Tibetan Reiki healing treatments, many times I look at the root of the problem which, in a majority of cases involves some sort of digestive problem that, when not dealt with in time will affect other areas. The affects can be manifested in different problems that also in time can turn into real conditions that do not seem to have any connection with your digestive system and/or diet. Things work slowly in our bodies and we don’t necessarily notice problems until the symptoms become strong and sometimes turn into health conditions.

When energy healing (Tibetan Reiki) is administered by a Reiki practitioner, they should always combine it with such a dietary recommendation to get the best and fastest healing results.

For arthritis sufferers, the immediate and most important first step towards healing is diet!
