Immune system article #6

It is very important to write about this because most people don’t even know what the immune system is, so you may not be aware of its symptoms either. (The immune system is mostly our intestinal system and to a lesser extent our lymphatic system. In this article we’re just dealing with a malfunctioning digestive system.)

Our immune system is often underactive or happens to be overactive (or both situations are present at the same time).

I would mention but only briefly: overworking is just as bad as underworking. It causes autoimmune diseases. It’s a weird anomaly in your body because your own defense system is turning against you. The reason for this will be explained in more detail later.

There are plenty of signs and symptoms of intestinal dysfunction.

In short, this is how the process takes place: Stress, destructive lifestyles and poor-quality foods, as I wrote in my previous articles, cause intolerance in the intestinal tract. The process of intestinal irritation starts. The mucous membranes begin to thin and inflammation occurs. Fungi, bad bacteria, viruses, unicellular organisms, parasites multiply (pathogenic flora). They pierce the thinned intestinal wall and thus develop leaky gut syndrome. Undigested nutrients (eg.: proteins, (allergenic) waste products, toxins) are released from the intestinal tract. They spread throughout the blood and lymphatic network in the body and cause inflammation in all the serosal membranes of the body.

As an example, if someone has a regular vaginal or urinary tract infection, it is likely that the root cause can be traced to a bowel problem.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

  • If someone has any chronic illness (eg.: autoimmune, hormonal, arthritis, allergies, cardiovascular)
  • If someone is overweight
  • Constant fatigue, lethargy, depression
  • Poor stools, diarrhea, tightness, bloating, (if too soft, very light in color, too smelly… etc.)
  • All skin problems. (eczema, seborrhea, psoriasis, vitiligo, hives, dry spots, warts, acne)
  • Hair loss
  • Scalp and/or eyebrow yeast infection
  • Itching in the ears, anus, throat; bad breath (presence of fungi / worms)

These are the most basic, common symptoms to look out for!

TONGUE DIAGNOSTICS

In the morning, after waking up, if we notice plaques on the tongue, it may indicate:

  • White plaque = stomach problem
  • Yellow plaque = liver, bile problem
  • Gray plaque = pancreatic problem

FACIAL DIAGNOSTICS

The face is also a partial reflex area. The malfunctioning of some of our organs is also reflected in the face.

  • Wrinkles parallel upwards from the nose to the forehead = liver problem
  • Swelling under the eyes, bags = kidney problem
  • Dark circles around the eyes = energy loss, mental problems, (depression, presence of negative energies)
  • Yellow or red or vascular eye = liver problem
  • Blemishes or other skin problems around the right eyes and eyebrow = liver-bile problem
  • The outer part of the cheekbone swollen on both sides = inflamed colon (large intestine)
  • From the corners of the mouth down and outward to the chin area has rashes, acne, inflammations = hormonal and/or gynecological problems

Another very important sign on the body that I’ve seen countless times before; elbow dryness or an even more severe, thickened greyish-white hard layer on the elbow (often mainly on the left arm) indicates colitis.
